Hi, I’m Nitish.
Life has taken me through many landscapes — different places, professions, and worlds of people. I have seen its rhythms in motion and in stillness, through ambition and through surrender. And somewhere along the way, I learned that the real journey is not outward, but inward.
I’ve walked through moments of doubt, solitude, and renewal — and discovered that pain, too, can be a teacher when met with awareness. Over time, I’ve come to realise that clarity doesn’t arrive as a grand moment, but as a quiet unfolding — where the noise fades, and the essence begins to speak.
Musings of a Warrior Buddha is my space to give voice to that essence — to write about consciousness, psychology, reflection, art, and the strange beauty of being human. Here, I explore the meeting point between the inner world and the world we move through — between shadow and light, between who we think we are and who we truly are.
I write from lived experience — from observing life closely, questioning deeply, and navigating both the fire and the stillness that shape us. Not to offer conclusions, but to look at things as they are, with honesty.
If something here speaks to you, perhaps we share the same silence, only heard through different words.
You’re welcome to connect through the Contact page — or simply sit back and explore.🌿

In silence, I found my teacher.
By the river, I met myself.
